With operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and its Fiji-based subsidiary RCL Services, the company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering successful credit outcomes. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Human Resources Officer to join the Corporate Services Department in Fiji.

 Key responsibilities of the role will include but will not be limited to:

 • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate new hire on-boarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions to company policies and procedures.

• Support HR team in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee morale.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues to organize training sessions and workshops for employees on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and professional development

• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback to continuously improve training programs.

• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and company policies.

• Assist in the administration of HR processes, including performance evaluations, benefits enrolment, and leave management.

• Support HR team in ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR activities.

• Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or organizational requirements.

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

• Strong passion for a career in human resources and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
