The Role;

Working as the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of Contact Centre teams delivering service, back of house and collections outcomes for a number of high-profile clients. You will manage the client relationships and the direction of the operational teams located both off and on-shore to ensure alignment of expectation and outcome.  

In this role, you will;

  • Provide leadership and direction to operational teams
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship
  • Implement efficient and productive operating models and strategies
  • Appropriately manage P&L outcomes
  • Be accountable for performance and governance of the contract
  • Continually evaluate and improve systems, processes and procedures
  • Ensure quality management, information security and OHS aligned to ISO certifications

About you;

  • Proven leadership experience within Contact Centre/BPO
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Willingness for some infrequent overseas travel
  • Contact flexibility to support offshore teams in alternate time zones
