Working as a Performance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with client contacts within our Insurance portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for technical and performance queries, reporting requests and account changes and updates. You will use your technical understanding of claims and recoveries to support the team in meeting recovery rates and other client outcomes. You will also work closely with the Team Leader to develop recoveries strategies, communicate client updates and build a strong team culture.

 

In this role you will;

  • Work closely with the Team Leader to maximise the operational performance of the Insurance portfolio
  • Build and nurture the relationship with operational client contacts, focusing on long-term partnerships
  • Ensure compliance to all client requirements, industry standards and company policies and procedures
  • Deliver innovative process improvements focused on maximising recovery outcomes, portfolio health and process efficiency
  • Support the Team Leader in developing a strong team culture aligned to the company values, vision and mission

What you’ll bring;

  • Leadership experience within the Insurance industry or Account management
  • The ability to build trusted partner relationships with clients and teams
  • Experience producing and analysing reports for stakeholders
  • A creative way of working, to provide solutions for identified problems
