Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our operations, forging meaningful connections with our valued customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers’ unique situation. 

In this role, you will; 

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls 
  • Assist customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions 
  • Adhere to a schedule for maximum productivity
  • Detail accurate file action notes for all interactions
  • Comply with client & company policies & procedures 

What You'll bring; 

  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service, hospitality or contact centre experience
  • Only Australian Citizens are eligible due to clearance requirements
