Working as a Recoveries Officer in our Insurance team, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
  • Liase with relevant parties
  • Provide tailored payment solutions
  • Action interaction file notes for every call
  • Adhere to compliance frameworks

You will need;

  • Experience in a contact centre environment - Collections or Insurance (essential)
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning new things
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative
  • Keen attention to detail
