Working as a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Recoveries Officers to achieve positive outcomes related to Insurance claims. You will support, coach and develop your team and liaise day to day with a number of industry clients.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage both individual and team performance and capability
  • Develop a high performing and high-quality environment, with clear communication of expectations
  • Liaise directly with the client for all request, queries and reporting
  • Participate in the development and implementation of customer related strategies
  • Identify gaps in systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Deliver reporting as required

What you’ll bring

  • Insurance experience – motor and property claims/recoveries
  • Team leader experience within a contact centre
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre technology & systems
