The Role;

Working as a Collections Officer, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Inbound & Outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish connections with customers
  • Negotiate the collections of outstanding funds
  • Action incoming correspondence via email and mail
  • Detailed and accurate file action notes for all customer interactions
  • level of customer service in line with client requirements

 

Key Selection;

  • Willingness to attend CBD office 5 days per week
  • Due to clearance requirements, only Australian Citizens can apply
